Making an Impact at Digital Entertainment World

Last week, our team had an incredibly productive and positive experience in Los Angeles at Digital Entertainment World 2015. It was three jam-packed days dedicated to the growth of monetization within the world of digital content. We met so many interesting industry leaders and influencers, attended some thought-provoking sessions, and left with a whole new perspective on the future of connected entertainment.

Strategic Partnership Announced with Dwolla

At the conference, we announced a very exciting partnership with internet payment network Dwolla, that will increase efficiency and lower costs for digital content networks.

This alliance addresses key challenges to content providers, publishers and their partners – improving efficiency by transforming the digital settlement market through PluraVida’s Atmosphere product, an end-to-end solution providing partner and payment management.

PluraVida CEO on "Monetizing the YouTube Economy"

Another key moment of the conference was PluraVida CEO, Sam Gilchrist, on a panel with industry leaders discussing strategies for generating revenue through the growing YouTube economy.

While not the norm, networks should look at aggregated audiences across platforms as the new normal, in order to leverage windowing, greater optimization potential, and richer more diverse demographics.
— Sam Gilchrist, CEO, PluraVida from DEW 2015

Spreading the Word

The conference was a great way for our team to actively engage with customers, provide information on PluraVida products, and get a better idea of what people in the industry need the most. And on top of that... it was a lot of fun!
